Cancellation policy

General conditions
All cancellation notices must be made in writing (letter, e-mail, fax confirmed by post) to the Congress Secretariat. Refunds will be issued after the congress only.
Non European residents must provide the Secretariat with their respective bank data (name of the bank and of the account holder, bank account number).
Request for refunds made after June 30, 2003 will not be processed.
