The reservation of a stand includes :
-general coordination, information services during mounting, dismantling and during the exhibition

TECHNICAL MANUAL
A complete Technical Manual will be forwarded to all registered firms in January 2003.
In addition to the general and practical information, the manual will also include optional amenities such as : Electricity, Spotlights, Telephone, Additional
Panelling, Furniture, Incidental Insurance coverage,etc.


RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Only reservations made through the official order forms, sent within the requested dates, and accompanied with the corresponding account will be taken into consideration.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
A - EXHIBITION AREA
Reservation deposit : 50% of the total amount due (19.6% V.A.T. included).
Balance : before March 28, 2003

B - SPONSORING
Reservation deposit : 50 % of the total amount due (19.6% V.A.T. included).
Balance : before March 28, 2003
Invoices are issued upon receipt of the reservation form accompanied by the payment.
All payments must be made in EUROS :

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Any partial or total cancellation from a participating company must be transmitted by written mail (letter, e-mail or fax) to the Organizer.
The amounts retained will be as follows :
- before January 2nd, 2003 : 50 % of the total amount due
- after January 2nd, 2003 : fully payment is due,
no reimbursement will be made
