MANUAL
A complete Technical Manual will be forwarded to
all registered firms in January 2003.
In addition to the general and practical information, the manual will
also include optional amenities such as : Electricity, Spotlights, Telephone,
Additional
Panelling, Furniture, Incidental Insurance coverage,etc.

Only reservations made through the official order
forms, sent within the requested dates, and accompanied with the corresponding
account will be taken into consideration.

CANCELLATION
CONDITIONS
Any partial or total cancellation from a participating
company must be transmitted by written mail (letter, e-mail or fax)
to the Organizer.
The amounts retained will be as follows :
- before January 2nd,
2003 : 50 % of the total amount due
- after January 2nd,
2003 : fully payment is due,
no reimbursement will
be made
