Projection
Single projection, as well as projection from a lap-top computer will be available in all the session rooms.
Preview room
This room is open to speakers for previewing slide presentations, CD, ZIP, floppy disks and all presentations from a lap-top computer. For presentations on CD, ZIP or floppy disk, information will be secured on a hard disk and sent directly to the session room. Each speaker is required to deliver his presentation to the preview room as early as possible and at least 2 hours before the beginning of each session.
The presentation for an early morning session should be handed over the evening before.
Posters
Posters must fit into panels measuring: 0.90 m (width) x 1.20 m (height)
They will remain on display throughout the entire congress.
Posters can be fixed on the boards with double-sided tape only. Tape will be at your disposal at the Poster Welcome Desk located in the poster area on Saturday, April 12, 3:00pm - 6:00pm and Monday, April 14, 8:00am - 12:00
