Hotel rooms at special Congress rates are being held for congress participants in various hotels of different categories, mostly located next to the Congress Center. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated for the Congress. All rates are quoted in Euros, per night and per room for single, double or twin room. The room rates indicated above are per room and per night including VAT and city tax unless otherwise indicated. These rates can vary from 2 to 2.5 % (depending on VAT and city tax variation).

Reservation Information

Hotel Rooms have to be reserved by writing to Colloquium by February 23, 2006 at the latest. After this date, rooms cannot be guaranteed. Rooms will be provided at first come first served. No phone reservation will be accepted. 1 night deposit + a reservation fee of 15 € per room will be requested for individual bookings at time of reservation. As soon as your deposit has been received, Colloquium will issue a letter confirming your reservation details.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is applicable to the Individual Hotel reservations. All cancellations must be made in writing (letter or fax) to the Administrative Secretariat according to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made before 23 rd, February 2006: no charge, deposit paid will be refunded after the congress.
• Cancellations made between 23 rd, February and 23 rd, March 2006: 50% of the total amount due non-refundable.
• Cancellations made after 23 rd March , 2006: no refund.

Terms of Payment

Terms of Payment All payments must be made in EURO. The EURO exchange rate is subject to daily fluctuations. Payment will be made by the following methods:
