A welcome and information desk will be available in the registration area to provide any information requested.
Last minute registration will be possible on site. The registration desk will be open from Saturday, April 22, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and then daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Foreign nationals may require a French visa and should obtain the necessary information from the French Embassy in their country. Those who wish to receive an official letter of invitation to the conference should send a request to the Registration Office. These invitations do not commit the conference organizers to bear costs of registration, travel, accommodation or any other expenses.
It is highly recommended that delegates take out adequate insurance before leaving their country. The organizers do not accept liability for any individual medical transport or personal insurance.
Technical information for presentations
The preview room will be open to speakers who wish to preview their slide presentations. Presentations submitted on CDs, ZIP or floppy disks will be secured on a hard disk and then dispatched directly to the session room. Speakers are required to hand in their presentations to the preview room as early as possible, and in any case at the latest 2 hours before the beginning of their session. The organizers decline any responsibility for failure of projection if presentations are handed in late.
Posters must be prepared to fit panels measuring 0.90 m (width) x 1.20 m (height). They will remain on display throughout the whole congress. Posters can be fixed on the panels with double-sided tape only. Tape will be made available at the Poster Welcome Desk located in the poster area on Saturday, April 22, between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm and on Sunday, April 23, between 8:00 am and 12:00 am.
Lunches are not included in the registration fee. However, there are many restaurants and snack bars in and around the Congress Center. During the breaks (timing to be confirmed in the Final Program), coffee and soft drinks will be available.
The official language of the conference is English.
