Registration Information

Payment of the registration fee entitles delegates to:

• Access to the scientific sessions and the exhibition
• Congress documents
• Opening Ceremony and welcome cocktail
• Coffee breaks

Registration Terms

The registration form must be returned to the Registration Office with
the corresponding payment. No registration will be accepted without
prior proof of payment (copy of bank transfer order or credit card).
The acknowledgements of receipt will be issued after payment has
been received.

Advance registrations will be accepted until March 31, 2006.
After this date, registrations will be considered as on-site and advance
booking can not be guaranteed. On-site registrations at the congress
venue can be made at the registration desk. Registration hours at the
Congress Centre will be from 03:00 on Saturday, April 22, 2006 and
from 7:30 to 18:00 daily thereafter.

Cancellation Policy for Registration and Reservations

Cancellation of registrations must be made in writing (letter, e-mail,
fax) to the Congress Secretariat. Refunds will be issued after the
congress only.
Non European residents must provide the Secretariat with their
respective bank data (name of the bank and of the account holder,
bank account number).

Requests for refunds received after May 31, 2006 will not be
processed.

Refunds will be made as under the following conditions:

• Before February 28, 2006 150 € penalty
• After February 28, 2006 No refund
