EUROGIN 2008 Hotel categories and rates
The deposit corresponds to two nights reservation. In case of a one night stay, a deposit for one night will be charged only. All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room for single or double rooms. Reservations must be made through TRADOTEL RIVIERA to garantee the rates negotiated for the Congress. • Requests for accommodation are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any preferences (location, any particular hotel, etc.), please indicate this clarly on the hotel booking form and we will do our best to comply with your wishes. • Requests reaching Tradotel Riviera without deposit will not be considered. • After having submitted the reservation and deposit, you will receive your reservation details: name of the hotel, final rate, location and access information. Methods of payment : • Check or banker's draft: payable to Tradotel Riviera (the possible bank charges will be deduced from the deposit) • Credit Card: Visa - Mastercard Cancellation policy The cancellation policy is applicable to the Individual Hotel reservations. All cancellations must be made in writing (letter or fax) to Tradotel Riviera according to the following conditions: • Cancellations made before June, 30, 2008: the payment will be refunded after the congress and after deduction of an administrative fee of 60 euros. • Cancellations made between July, 1st and September, 30, 2008: one night value will be kept.
