Requests for accommodation are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests reaching Tradotel Riviera without deposit will not be considered. A deposit of two nights will be required. In case of a one-night stay, a deposit for one night including the reservation fee (€12)per room will be required.

General Conditions

Rooms will be allocated on a first come - first served basis. Phone requests cannot be accepted. Upon receipt of the deposit payment and the reservation fee (€12) per room, a voucher will be issued and sent by email. The voucher must be presented to the hotel and upon departure, the deposit payment will be deducted from the total bill.

Payments

• By credit card: Deposit for two nights accommodation (according to the requested hotel and room type) will be charged. In case of late cancellation or no-show, Tradotel Riviera reserves the right to debit the credit card for any additional nights originally booked if required by the hotel.
  
  
• By bank transfer (please add 20 euros for bank charges):Accepted until 10 January 2010. Reservation fee (€12) per room and full pre-payment is required for all nights according to the requested hotel and the room type. Please do not send any bank transfer before having received the proforma invoice and the details bank reference.
  
  
• By cheque (for French Participants only): Reservation fee (€12) per room and full pre-payment is required for all nights according to the requested hotel and the room type. Cheques must be in Euro and made out to Tradotel Riviera (please do not send any payment before having received the proforma invoice).
  
  

Reservation fee

A reservation fee of 12 euros is requested per room for the whole duration of the reservation. This amount has to be paid in addition of the deposit or the full payment for the reservation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, by fax, e-mail or postal mail. Until 10 January 2010, the cancellation fee is one full night's accommodation cost. After this date, no refund will be made.Tradotel Riviera reserves the right to charge for all nights originally booked if required by the hotel. The reservation fee is not refundable.
