Registration Information

 


How to register?


It is possible to register to the Eurogin 2013 conference in the following ways:

  • Complete the on-line registration form
  • Download the following registration form, which you can complete, sign and send back to the Registration office by fax: +39/02.91434069, or by email to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  • Per i partecipanti Italiani sarà possibile iscriversi usando invece la scheda d’iscrizione in Italiano 

    Upon receipt of the registration form and the payment, a letter of Confirmation will be sent to the participants. Please present the letter of confirmation at the Registration desk of EUROGIN 2013 to pick up your materials.

The registration fee includes:

  • Main Training Course on November 3, 2013 (NOT included for Italian Special Registration)
  • Access to all sessions of the congress except the Satellite Training Courses
  • Welcome Cocktail
  • Coffee Breaks
  • Free Florence Congress Card

Early registration fees will only be accepted if the registration form and the payment are received by the Congress Secretariat Before May 3, 2013.

Registration forms received after October 24, 2013 will not be accepted as pre-registration. Please do not send any registration forms or payments after that date. You will have the possibility to register on-site at the congress venue. On-site registration will be available from November 2, 2013 at 15:00.

A special registration form will be available for Italian participants (Scheda d’iscrizione in Italiano) who are entitled of some special conditions. Please read here

Group Registrations (15 participants or more)

Letter of confirmation


All participants will receive the letter of confirmation within 2 working days via e-mail or fax after the submission of their registration form and receipt of the payment

Visa requirements


Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. For further information regarding the visa requirements (link available soon).

Cancellations and Refunds


The congress secretariat must be notified in writing about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. As a rule, refunds will be made after the congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Cancellation before September 30, 2013: refund 50 %
  • Cancellation after September 30, 2013: no refund.
  • Replacement before September 30, 2013: free of charge
  • Replacements after September 30, 2013 are considered as new registrations and subject to payment of the full registration fee at the on-site rate.


Cancellation of registrations must be made in writing (letter, e-mail, fax) to the registration office o Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after the congress only.


Methods of payment


Registration fees and other ordered services must be paid in EUR (Euro) by one of the following methods:

1. Credit cards
For payments through the Online Payment System only MasterCard and Visa cards are accepted. These payments will be charged in EUR (Euro).

2. Bank transfer

Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted until October 15, 2013. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted.
