How to register for EUROGIN 2016?


Registration for the Eurogin 2016 Congress can be done in the following ways:

  • Complete the online registration formclick here

  • Please note that to validate a registration we need an individual email address for each participant. For logistical reasons, in our function as congress organizers we must be able to contact each delegate separately.

  • Upon receipt of the registration form and the payment, a confirmation letter will be sent to the participants. Please present the letter of confirmation at the Registration desk of EUROGIN 2016 to pick up your congress materials.

* Refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration forms must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status.

The letter should be printed on a department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Congress.

Registration fees include: participation in scientific sessions (except comprehensive colposcopy course), congress bag, program book, all printed materials of the congress, coffee breaks, opening ceremony.

Early registration fees will only be accepted if the registration form and the payment are received by the Registration Office before January 31, 2016.

Registration forms received
after June 1, 2016 will not be accepted as pre-registration. Please do not send any registration forms or payments after that date. You will have the possibility to register on-site at the congress venue. On-site registration will be available from June 14, 2016 at 15:00.

A special registration form is available for participants from Austria and Germany

Letter of confirmation


All participants will receive the letter of confirmation within 2 working days via e-mail or fax after the submission of their registration form and receipt of the payment


Visa requirements 


Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. For further information regarding the visa requirements (link available soon).


The registration fee includes:

  • Access to all sessions (except Colposcopy Course on June 15)

  • Access to the following training courses is included at no extra charge:
    - Vulvar Diseases Course
    - Training Course for Cervical Cancer Screening Coordinators and Evaluators
    - Prospects for Immunotherapy in Cervical Cancer

  • Congress bag, program book and abstracts.

  • Printed and electronic conference materials

  • Coffee breaks

  • Opening Ceremony on June 15, 2016

Please note that access to the Colposcopy Course on June 15,2016 is not included with the congress registration. This course requires payment of an additional fee of €100. This program point can be chosen with the online registration or be booked later (by contacting the registration office by email).


Cancellation Policy for Registration


The Registration Office must be notified in writing (letter, email, and fax) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. As a rule, refunds will be made after the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation before January 31, 2016: refund less 80 euros processing fee

Cancellation between February 1 and May 15, 2016: refund 50%

Cancellation after May 15, 2016: no refund

Replacement before April 15, 2016: free of charge (no refund is made, only transfer of the registration to another person)

Replacement after April 15, 2016: considered as a new registration and subject to payment of the full registration fee at the applicable rate

 

Methods of payment


Registration fees and other ordered services must be paid in EUR (Euro) by one of the following methods:


1. Credit cards
For payments through the Online Payment System only Visa and MasterCard are accepted. These payments will be charged in EUR (Euros).

2. Bank transfer
Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted until May 15, 2016. After this date only payment by credit card will be accepted.
