Cancellation policy
- Cancellation before July 16, 2004: refund of registration fees less an administrative charge of 20 %.
- Cancellation between July 17 and August 27, 2004: refund of 50 % of the sums paid.
- No refund is made for cancellations received after August 27, 2004.
