Bank transfer
Payments by bank transfer will be accepted until October 31, 2019.
A copy of the bank transfer receipt should be sent to the Registration Office (registration@eurogin.com) to track payment and confirm the services requested. All bank charges must be covered by the sender.
After October 31, 2019, only payments by credit card will be accepted.
 

Cancellation
Before October 15, 2019
Refund less Eur 80.00 cancellation fees on the amount paid
Between October 16 and November 15, 2019
Refund less 50% cancellation fees on the amount paid

After November 15, 2019 or no show
No refund

Cancellation must be notified in writing by email uniquely to: registration@eurogin.com. Refund will be processed one month after the Congress.

Replacement
