The Organizing Committee will award several grants for selected papers submitted by young researchers and applicants from low-income countries.
The grants will consist of free registration to the congress. The best papers will also include accommodation.
Abstract submitters who would like to apply for a grant should first submit their abstract via the online abstract submission platform (available soon) and then send a short informal request by email to [email protected] (copy to [email protected]), including a short CV and mentioning their abstract number and title.
The selection process will be based on the abstract ratings issued by the program committee.
Applications submitted before July 05, 2019, will be processed within a few days to allow authors to register at the early bird rate which expires July 15, 2019. The other grant applicants will be informed shortly after expiry of the abstract submission deadline (August 27).
Submitting an abstract and applying for a EUROGIN Grant implies that the presenting author has financial resources to cover the logistical costs (travel, accommodation unless included with the grant) and to travel to Monaco to attend the congress if a grant is allocated.
Once all grants have been awarded, a message will be posted here informing that no more grant is available.
