The Poster Area is located on the same level as the exhibition are, next to conference rooms Bosio and Poulenc.
Poster panels are numbered according to the program topics. Only one panel side will be allocated to each presenter.
Poster dimensions
To fit conveniently on the panels and guarantee correctexposure for the reader, we recommend that posters complywith the following dimensional constraints:
Width = 0.90 m
Height = 1.40 m
Authors are requested to ensure installation and dismantling of their posters on the designated panels, in accordance with the following schedule:
Installation: Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2019, 16:00 - 18:30
Dismantling: Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019, 13:00 - 17:00
Fixing devices are made available in the poster area and at the registration desk.
The Organizing Committee declines liability for any loss or damage incurred to posters left on their panels beyond the indicated time. Authors are advised to stay close to their poster during the breaks.
Posters which have not been taken off by their authors by Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019 at 17.00 will be destroyed!
Disclosure of potential conflicts of interest:
Poster presenters are required to disclose their potential conflicts of interest. Consequently, a conflict of interest statement should be included on each poster.

If you take advantage of this service, your poster will be printed to the highest professional standard and you will be able to pick it up from the onsite Registration Area, at your convenience just before or during the meeting. The complete printing, packing and delivery service is subsidized and will cost 59€ + 21%VAT.
All posters created by this service will be added to a VIRTUAL POSTER GALLERY following the meeting. This aims to ensure that your poster gets maximum exposure. If you prefer to print your poster yourself and bring it to the meeting, you may submit a PowerPoint or PDF version free of charge to be displayed on this online resource.
