Dear friends and colleagues,
Since its creation three decades ago, the EUROGIN congress has gained a strong reputation as one of the leading international conferences on HPV infection and associated cancers. The meeting offers a forum for high-level scientific exchange involving multiple disciplines, with the aim to translate research into clinical practice. Thanks to the top-ranking program committee the congress program offers up-to-date scientific information on the full range of HPV-related diseases.
Indeed the prospect of eliminating HPV related cancers at the horizon 2030 as announced by WHO seems to be a promising objective evidenced by the wealth and density of the papers presented during this conference. However, substantial challenges remain and our efforts must continue to ensure that today’s existing tools become available and widely implemented throughout the world
This year we have given a prominent place to young researchers, allowing them to present their work in a dedicated session and by offering a significant number of grants to candidates from countries with limited resources
As usual, the EUROGIN congress will offer a variety of educational opportunities for attendees: specialized workshops, scientific sessions, clinical sessions, free communications and poster presentations.
Let me share with you our appreciation and our thanks to the scientists like you for your exciting research and innovations.
On behalf of the EUROGIN Organizing Committee, I am pleased to welcome you to EUROGIN 2023!
Chairman of the Scientific Committee
