Posters
The poster area is located in the Ribeira Room, on Level 2 (Same level as the conference rooms).
- Posters are grouped according to their respective topics.
- Poster panel positions are numbered according to the program topics.
- Poster numbers start with their topic number.
To fit conveniently on the panels and guarantee correct exposure for the reader, we recommend that posters comply with the following dimensional specifications:
Width: 0.90 m
Height: 1.20 m (maximum 1.50 m)
Authors are requested to ensure installation and dismantling of their posters on the designated panels, in accordance with the following schedule:
Installation:
- Saturday, March 15 from 15.30 to 18.30
- Sunday, March 16 before 12.00
Dismantling: Wednesday, March 19 before 14.00
Fixing devices are made available in the poster area and at the registration desk.
Posters which have not been taken away by Wednesday March 19 at 14.00 will be disposed of.
The Organizing Committee declines liability for any loss or damage incurred to posters left on their panels beyond the indicated time. Authors may stay close to their poster during the breaks, but there is no obligation.
Please note that posters are only displayed. There is NO oral presentation for posters.
