Poster Information

The poster area is located close to the exhibition. Posters are grouped according to their respective topics.
Poster panels are numbered according to the program topics and poster numbers.
Only one panel side will be allocated to each presenter.

Posters are on display only and there will be no poster presentation sessions or other form of oral presentation related to posters.

Instructions

To fit conveniently on the panels and guarantee correct exposure for the reader, we recommend that posters comply with the following dimensional constraints:

Posters should be in portrait format.

Width: 0.90 m (this is the technical maximum)
Height: 1.20 m

Authors are requested to ensure installation and dismantling of their posters on the designated panels, in accordance with the following schedule:

Installation: Tuesday, February 7, 2023 from 15.00 to 18.30
Dismantling: Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 12.00

Fixing devices are made available in the poster area and at the registration desk.
The Organizing Committee declines liability for any loss or damage incurred to posters left on their panels beyond the indicated time. Authors may stay close to their poster during the breaks.

Disclosure of potential conflicts of interest

Poster presenters are required to disclose their potential conflicts of interest. Consequently, a conflict-of-interest statement should be included on each poster.
